What to expect

Before the Visit
Please have your pet secured prior to arrival. Dogs should be contained in a main room, and cats are often best placed in a small enclosed space, such as a bathroom.
During the Visit
We will review your pet’s history, discuss your concerns, perform a physical examination, and provide any necessary treatments or lab sample collection.
Payment
Payment is kindly requested at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and credit cards (a 3% processing fee applies). At this time, we are unable to offer payment plans.
After the Visit
A detailed summary, including any vaccine certificates, will be emailed within 24 hours.

Can you see my pet if they show fear aggression at the clinic? Many pets who are fearful in the clinic do much better at home. However, because Dr. Chan travels without a technician, not all pets can be safely accommodated. We are happy to schedule an initial consultation to determine if your pet is a good fit for our services.
